ABOUT US

Chris Torri, Director of Installations

Chris Torri joined AVLX with a vast skillset in both the pro touring and professional installation industries. Chris has toured as a Production Manager and Sound Engineer with many national acts including Jason Aldean, Jake Owen, and OAR, to name a few. Before his touring days, Chris managed a major installation business in the Cleveland, OH area, where he grew up. Nothing is impossible to Chris. When faced with a challenge, he is relentless in finding the ideal solution. Having a unique background which includes both pro audio and installed sound gives Chris the insight to find solutions others may not envision. Having an A/V guy do your pro audio installation is not always the best idea. Likewise, you wouldn’t necessarily expect a pro audio guy to be well versed in true commercial a/v. Chris is the unique breed who can do both….very well. Chris is based in Nashville, TN.

Our Crew

As most installations are based in or out of Nashville, we have the unique ability to tap a very rich talent pool. Many touring sound engineers and technicians, either home for a spell or between tours, will join our crew for installation jobs that become available. This includes A-list touring personnel who are very knowledgeable and hardworking individuals. Our crew will work well with other subs (if applicable) and tend to work on solutions, not dwell on problems.
